LOL. Wow. Boykin sure to challenge Wilson for the starting job after that miraculous comeback.

Melvin Gordon gets a 44 yard receiving TD. It's just preseason, but that should help his confidence going into the regular season.

Boom! Multiple people called me out for saying he would take a huge step forward this season.

Dak showing some serious poise in the pocket and handling pressure well. SO far loving what I am seeing.

Dak Prescott has impressed me as well. Calm, cool and collected. Hot Damn, looks like Dallas finally has a number 2 who can possibly grow into a number one.

Cant really make predictions after only a half of the first preseason game, but could he end up having a better career than Paxton Lynch?

Well after his struggles last year, being an average RB might be considered taking a huge step forward lol. But I liked getting Whiz back at OC and adding Slauson at C, both should improve on the horrible run game the Chargers had in 2015. If he's aggressive like he was today and not hesitating, Gordon could have the year people expected last season.

He looked very sharp and he would have completed every pass if it wasn't for a backup TE with hands of stone.

This is one rookie that didn't remotely play like a rookie this week. I'm actually a little shocked at how sharp he was.

Dak definitely had a good game but not like Lynch went out and played like Wentz or Goff. He had a pretty good game himself and seemed to have the Broncos moving to have most of his drives stalled by an OL penalty. I do like Dak though. On the Broncos board we were all pretty high on him and if we missed out on Lynch that was the guy all of us were hoping was the next QB on the Broncos board.

Dak definitely looked like the best of the rookies so far. He was surprisingly impressive.

Titans had a good ground game going against the Chargers. Or maybe the Chargers just had a bad run defense?

Now that everyone has decided that Jimmy G sucks, just how the hell did the Patriots put the Saints to bed? JG was 11/18 164, no TD, no INT. Oh yeah, the Patriots defense that no one is talking about scored 2 TDs, one a 46 yard INT by Collins and a strip sack by Tre Flowers who also picked up the fumble and took it in.

Saints didn't score against the Pats starters.

Saints defense gave up huge chunks. 48 yd screen pass to James White from JG and he actually scored but the officials placed the ball at the 2. I watched that play at least 15 times and froze the ball over the goal and White's knees had not touched the ground.

They also gave up a 46 yd rushing TD to Tyler Gaffney. He was headed left behind the line of scrimmage, cut back hard right and sailed to the end zone untouched. Not bad for a guy who's been on the IR for two years. He did have over 2000 yds rushing at Stanford.

Only three teams cracked 30 points this week..........Patriots, Lions and Raiders.

Chiefs 1st string OL passed with flying colors. Chiefs 1st string defense pretty clearly needs some of its starters back.

That is a lot of analysis for a week 1 pre-season match.

Congrats on the Patriots being able to move the ball against a team that had one of the worst defenses of all time last year.
