why has Booth sucked so far this year? what's been different?
Samuelsson has been a servicable, though enigmatic player, and Sturm just hasn't gotten his jump back in his stride. Don't know if that will reappear or not.

Reinprecht is an AHL move, I would imagine.

Well, my personal opinion...

Booth has sucked so far this year. His numbers even indicate that. He's not quite the same guy he once was pre-concussions.

I think a lot of his early season struggles have to do with Santorelli being injured/the slower Kopecky having to center his line.

That's not really why I don't mind, however.

Booth was one of the few guys left who isn't a Tallon/Santos guy.

He was a first liner here once upon a time, but he's no longer more skilled than anyone on our first line.

Booth can be a lot of fun to watch, but he's a one-dimensional player. His game is simply north-south, shoot first, always.

I think he'll do a lot better in Vancouver with Kesler.

From the Panthers standpoint, they get rid of his contract and open up an inevitable spot for Huberdeau next year.

Reinprecht won't play for Vancouver; he couldn't even make the team here the last two years.

Samuelsson/Sturm are expiring contracts.
