I would have expected a melt down from a USC, UCLA, Bama, or OU fan. Nebraska lost but it wasn't like they lost on a Hail Mary, to a lower ranked team, or just played like dog shit. In the end it was a respectable game by the Huskers.

:wtf: Did you see the same game I saw?

That was anything but respectable. Michigan St's front 7 ate Nebraska's O-line up.

Just my two cents? Read or not, whatever:

I think a lot of people got whacked this week. It's tough when your team loses. I feel all yall's pain.

I think, imo, the Nebraska thing was really brought on by the fact that a few of the fan base have been very active in trolling, poking, and generally being asses to others in their down times.

When a night comes along, and those few are going through a rough night, holed up in their private club, it brought out the crowd with pitchforks.

The general feeling was, there are some who can dish it out, but are not around when it was their turn to take it.

Other than that, dont think it was big deal, should just let it go. Next week will be here soon enough.

A few is generally 3 or more.

What 3 (or more) Huskers are "over here trolling, poking, and generally being asses to others in their down times"

I haven't seen it. I've seen people (myself included) defending Nebraska over here.

Welcome to the Spartan bandwagon.

I believe you are wrong. Your credibility is being torn apart like the Nebraska O line was against Michigan State.

Michigan State sold the second highest season tickets at almost 62,000
Student Season Tickets were sold out at 14,000
The Nebraska at Michigan State was the highest attendance of the season at Spartan Stadium

I showed that the stadium listed capacity is 75,005 anything over that comprises a SELLOUT.

Nebraska at Michigan State = 75,923 attendance

So is broncoshitty a liar for saying Nebraska turned in 900 tickets?

I can't find any data on it and he says it as fact, but refuses to provide a link.

Not a sellout. MSUs home rag didn't even hide it.

Deny if you want, but it doesn't change anything.

(Just cuz Im a farmer doesn't mean you need to lump me in with that hayseed, cow college, land grant institution. Ya stereotyper you.)

Jeezuz man.... HIB10 gave you the numbers.

1st rule of Nebraska team page.

(Don't talk about Nebraska team page)

Now, let's all move on.

"I'm gonna start a thread encouraging trolling of team boards, then say let's all move on"

hahahahahahahaha

Maybe Nebraska turned in the 900 tickets. Then MSU turned around and sold those tickets, resulting a sell out!

I did.
You're right...State's rush D ate Nebraska's vaunted O-line up - spitting Nebraska's "under-appreciated" Heisman candidate Abdullah out in the process. Was obvious from the getgo.

S'a good thing for State that somebody on the Nebraska sidelines was too fuckn stubborn about 'running the ball' (like was bragged all week they could run the ball against State) for 3+ quarters...before realizing State's secondary was non-fuckn-existent.

yall might have lost a Heisman candidate but won the fuckn game...instead of losing both.

thanks for that.

So now were down to "Maybe Nebraska turned in the 900 tickets" as opposed to broncoshitty saying they absolutely did?

Got a legit link showing that Nebraska turned in 900 tickets?

That's all I ask, because there were 5K + Nebraska fans that made the trip.

Away teams are not generally provided that many tickets are they?

Maybe you can back up broncoshitty's statement that "Nebraska turned in 900 tickets"?

Help us out here.

I don't see in there where "Nebraska turned in 900 tickets".

Do you have a legit link showing Nebraska turned in 900 tickets?

Can't find it. Read it, can't find it.

I gave you a phone number to call, you'll have to take it from there.

You do acknowledge that it was not a sold out football game though, Correct?

I would offer JJM and Brasky. There isn't an Iowa GDT that one ot the other or both don't stop by and post some BS trolling comment (I don't typically get my panties in a wad over it). That's all I can think of.

All I'm finding is stuff like this, which has nothing to do with Nebraska

3,000 + tickets available for Michigan's opener, some as low as $30 | Eleven Warriors

I think you're lying about the 900 tickets being Nebraska tickets and that it was Michigan St tickets that didn't sell.

Why would you be spreading false information like that?

Fair enough.

I guess I miss that type of stuff, or don't think much of it other than it being general ribbing. I don't think I've ever posted in an Iowa game thread on the general board.

Fine.......... Here ya go Huskers. Whiney bunch of stereotypers you.....

Not a sell out.

You'll have to scroll half way down the article to "Dwindling Crowd", Im not gonna do that for you too.

MSU-Nebraska notebook: New starter, dwindling crowd

Wow, you found an article, nice job Bandwagon jumper. You can use my new avatar to join the club as soon as I get it on here.

Still, they announced a crowd of more than capacity. An interesting dilemma. More people than capacity is listed as, but not a sellout.
