I don't see how the Vikes don't start Freeman. It wouldn't make much sense considering Freeman just got done throwing a tantrum to be released by his former team because they were not starting him. I doubt he would sign up elsewhere just to continue sitting on the bench.

Well, from what I am hearing it sounds like it will be Cassel this Sunday. Maybe too soon to throw Freeman out there since he is new and needs to learn the team? At least that's what I make of it..

Definitely too soon. Can't simplify our playbook too much or we'd lose no matter who we have at QB. And frankly...Cassel did a better job than Ponder. Let's see if he can keep it up.

I was behind Ponder all the way, hoping he would settle down and get confident in there, but Cassel just showed way more poise in the pocket, and made some good decisions in that game.

We are in a tough spot right now. Tough schedule but way to early to give up.

My only fear is we do solid rest of the way but miss playoffs while also playing ourselves out of prim Boyd/Mariota drafting.

I have lots of fears, including that Lame Kiffin is on the market for a coaching job right now. If that happens I might conceivably go on rampage.
