Training camp times

I see that practice starts at 3 45. Does anyone know if that's Dallas time or California time. Thinking about catching a plane. Has anyone ever been? I went to a tennessee one one yr. it was PAC mans second year. I t was crazy.

Aren't they suppose to practice with the RAiders. That's what I would want to see more than anything. I just remember on hard knocks how jam packed it was. I don't do crowds well. Romo and I could hang out
