Do I have to start the 'Canes version of this now? Or do I wait until after he plays in a game and takes his first stupid penalty?
And if "wait" is the answer.. do I then wait to see if the Staal brothers take him to the woodshed first, thereby "adjusting his attitude", and wait to see how that turns out first before I start it up?

Just trying to figure out the rules...
