They just signed him to a long-term deal I thought

That is correct. I don't like it but he gets paid big money then get criticized basically every night from the fans and media if he doesn't hit 5 or more threes. Hopefully he gets traded to another Eastern conference team and light them up in the playoffs.

Perfect example of why players should always do what's best for them. Fuck these organizations because there is zero loyalty in sports.

Had a rough 1st month or so but been good ever since shooting 37% from 3 since December but the moment he has a bad game, all of Miami twitter is crapping on him

Yeah, fans suck like that.

But with a player like Duncan, he damn well better make his shots. Because that is the only way he is adding value.

So also easy to see why a fan might get frustrated when he isn’t.

So now the Kings are saying that they aren't going to trade Fox or Halliburton and are going to build around them.

Which sounds like trade disinformation intended to try and raise the the value of both of them. If they are earnestly looking to improve the team, then they will need to deal at at least one of them.

Pretty fucking quiet.

Not really. Deadline is still 10 days away. Deals usually don't get made until then. There's still plenty of chatter about who's available and who isn't.

Exactly. You may see a small deal or 2 before but just about all the trades take place on deadline day

I love it.

Bledsoe has the yips most games.

I did like Winslow in the 2nd unit.

But, I'm very happy to have Powell.

RoCo is another 3 and D and I think he's on an expiring deal.

Now you can trade for Schroeder

So I guess they are going for it. There was talk a week or so ago that Kawhi wasn't coming back, PG's injury could linger longer, and the Clips would look to make moves looking with the long term in mind. Powell and RoCo are win now players. Despite what Lue said today, internally, they must expect Kawhi to come back this season
