There was talk a week or so ago that Kawhi wasn't coming back, PG's injury could linger longer, and the Clips would look to make moves looking with the long term in mind. Powell and RoCo are win now players. Despite what Lue said today, internally, they must expect Kawhi to come back this season

No doubt.

Bledsoe has the yips most games.

I did like Winslow in the 2nd unit.

But, I'm very happy to have Powell.

RoCo is another 3 and D and I think he's on an expiring deal.

Any talk of using your trade exception for Schroeder?

They shouldn’t have to trade KP. Realistically match salaries and pick(s). CJ isn’t worth a ton imo

He is but mainly due to him being a brittle bitch. Gotta maximize what you have. CJ is on a big contract and not exactly young. If they keep KP then they have a big salary to possibly acquire other asset(s). Plus having CJ would basically put KP in 3rd option role, which might be better bc they don’t have to rely on him. Problem is, he is always injured. Part of the reason he isn’t living up to his contract. I would kinda doubt Portland wants KP anyway.
I’m not sure what a trade would look like but Dallas has that JRich exception which is helpful in matching salaries.
