I was hoping the Wolves could trade their rising star under 21 year old guard for a unathletic undersized center that can't shoot threes. Damn Kings stole their thunder though

Cavs biggest thing for them this year is to get playoff experience. Team is just so young that they need to get the feel of things come playoff time. I doubt they're a first round exit, but even if they are some highly competitive games will be very important to their long term success.

Just like when the Warriors in 2013 went to the 2nd round of the playoffs and lost to the Spurs. Took them to 6 games. That was a major catalyst for them. It lead them to snagging their biggest free agent in years in Andre Iguodala. The rest is history.

Most seasons I'd agree I doubt the cavs are a first round exit but who knows this season with how 1-6 are so bundled together (with 7 not too far back). Almost seems likely we could face Miami, Nets, Philly or Bucks in round 1...even if we get Toronto or Boston that is no sure out with their experience.

Only player(s) in the rumors I would give up that 27 1st for is Reddish and Burks. I'm not sure how Burks fits but I think Reddish could fit and seems to play good defense. I'm really not sure what the Lakers need bc they are such a mess. Might just be a lost cause at this point, start from scratch again this offseason. Gotta get rid of RW even if you take back less

I don't know about that. I posted earlier that I think that, at this point, unless there's a miracle trade offer...they may be best served to just stick with Westbrook through this season and next and just see if they can stay healthy long enough to figure things out with LBJ, AD and RW. If not, Lebron and Russ are $91 million in cap space (plus any smaller expiring deals) to use to rebuild around AD who will only be 30.
