Russ is a gym rat, there is no telling how many jumpers he has practiced since coming into the league. It’s not happening in terms of being a shooter.

Once he got to Dallas he was thought as being washed. Then became a legit threat from the 3pt line.

However, Jason Kidd’s basketball IQ was light years ahead of Westbrook.

Idk, just a thought If he wanted to prolong his career and actually have a shot with a contender in the future. After this season, no team with a fighting chance at a championship is going to want him.

I'm calling BS. Russ complained about being pulled in the 4th quarter of that game, despite getting washed. Russ being benched the day before the trade deadline and THT being a bigger part of the offense (14 & 7 with 4/6 from 3 in 24 minutes) along with an Ellington sighting seems awfully scripted.

Of course, even without Russ playing, the Lakers blew the game with turnovers (Lebron 6, THT 4, Monk 5).

I was getting a little worried about a Knicks revival about a year ago, glad to see I had nothing to worry about.
