Reddish is interesting. Lakers would definitely need to include at least one more player and more salary, ideally giving more players/salary than they take back to prepare for buyout season.

Thibs is really sounding like the classic assistant who should never be a head guy type of coach.

I was getting a little worried about a Knicks revival about a year ago, glad to see I had nothing to worry about.

He is a really good coach....but intense and that doesn't work with today's players. Not perfect though. His subbing patterns are like Vogel's.

This is plausible if unlikely. Not sure that the Knicks would be happy with one year of proections turning the pick into 2 2nds though.

I'm calling BS. Russ complained about being pulled in the 4th quarter of that game, despite getting washed. Russ being benched the day before the trade deadline and THT being a bigger part of the offense (14 & 7 with 4/6 from 3 in 24 minutes) along with an Ellington sighting seems awfully scripted.

Of course, even without Russ playing, the Lakers blew the game with turnovers (Lebron 6, THT 4, Monk 5).

Not to blame it on Lebron, but he missed a bunny in the final minutes that kept them trailing late. I only saw short stretches on Game Night (NBATV).

Doesn't work under the cap anyway, need at least $3.4M in salary from the Knicks to the Lakers. Add Reddish for Baze? That would require less restrictions on the pick (or another pick) most likely.

Don't think Reddish can be included in a multi player deal. According to something in the CBA. I could be wrong.
