This one took an odd turn, with the assumption that Fisk was taking PEDs because he had such great years at an advanced age, even though some of the other matchups included guys with stronger ties to alleged PEDs and it wasn't mentioned. Was it because Fisk would have been one of the earlier steroid users, therefore he had a bigger advantage than guys who did it when everyone else was doing it?

IMHO, this was the second biggest travesty result of this whole tourney, following only Yount over Stephens in the first round of the SS bracket.

Yount over Stephens is a good point....Yogi over Fisk...not even in the same league...Yogi dominated his era.

The Yankees dominated their era. By the numbers, Fisk was CLEARLY better.

I would have voted Berea...... Just as good of offensive numbers and betterin less than 5 years.....
