We don't have Baker Mayfield(neither does Oklahoma this year) but we do have our entire offense coming back except our TE. Last year, Taylor was a freshman, Hornibrook a sophomore, the starting WRs at the end of the season were freshmen. We will definitely have a better offense than last year. Yes, we only finished 50th in total offense(according to CBS). We won't be top tier but I would expect to be closer to top 25 this year.

We were 23rd in points per game. I think we'll do ok.

You're right though, Army, Navy and a handful of other G5 schools have much better offenses than we do.
