am I wrong to think that the Seahawks Wilson is making bad throws in the last few downs. the refs practically gave them chance after chance to win that game.

six chances inside the 15 yard line to end the game.
you gotta finish with THAT many chances.

- Wilson was pretty versatile. Nice scrambling. Needs to find someone when he has all day (could be o function of receivers stopping their routes)
- Rice made some terrific catches
- after the first drive, there really wasn't much sustained offense.
- two great runbacks by Washington was really the only way they moved the ball today
- defense was pretty strong in general.
- Lynch is going to get worn out if they go to him every damned play.
- such a disappointing finish though. that sucked

The suffixes are new for this year in the NFL. He had it that way at Baylor, too, but in that case it was really needed, since there was another player (a lineman I believe) that was also named Robert Griffin.

I think the NFL just realized there is no good reason to NOT have them on there, so they changed it so Griffin could wear it.

Lots of positives as a Steeler fan. Every offense possession was better than the prior one. Haley adjusting on the fly, Ben making good plays, and taking tons of time off the clock. Kept Peyton off the field, which is big considering Peyton was getting into a groove. Steelers now get the ball, and Manning will have been off the field for quite some time.

They showed a highlight of Adrian Peterson on a game break today and the guy emphatically says "AP is back!!!" He had 7 carries for 23 yards at the time.

I hate that too. I love Sid, but even I hate having the guy forced on the public. Same with Manning, respect the hell out of him, but for goodness sake. At least in Sid's comeback he had unlimited points
