My first Auburn Jersey was Joe Cribbs #20 in 1978. Wish I still had it but by the time I was done with my jerseys they were barely holding together.

Anyone else take old tee shirts and cut holes in them to make them tear away during that era? We spent hours running around yards with half torn off shirts.

Yes the 63 Rowl Bowl where Ron Vahder Kelen (Wisconsin) quarterback and Pete Beathard (USC) quarterback put on a great show. One of the best Rose Bowls of all time!!!

I was living in Los Angeles at the time and that is why I remember the year. A couple of friend of mine and myself stayed up all night on News Years Eve and went to the Rose parade. Went home after the parade and watched the game.
