Interesting...

When the Pats win, Brady gets the credit. When the Pats lose, people blame the defense, kicking game, towel boy, hot dog dude, parking valet, etc.

LOL, don't know where you got that. Was just saying what happened, not blaming anyone. Dolphins are inspired, didn't they just kick the Steelers ass at Pitts in a snow game? How about giving Miami some credit instead of regurgitating your frivolous anti-Pats hogwash?

Still not sure how this was ALL on Brady. Sure he made some bad passes, and had that INT. Mistakes were made across the board. I blame this on the Def. Can't get off the field on 3rd downs, stupid penalties. Not sure I place this loss on Brady, guy was on his back half the game. Mia played the better game.

Ahh, forgot those. Let me get them added to the list.

"Brady was brilliant today. The loss was clearly the fault of the...
OL
receivers
stadium parking attendants
refs
special teams
hot dog dude
defense
coaching staff
mean fans who kept making noise on 3rd down
kicking game
towel boy."

Fair enough! But this isn't the game thread. In this thread we're told that there's no sense even discussing it; Brady is the greatest ever and if you disagree you're a (and I quote) delusional, hate-filled, obsessed, bitter coward and troll.

 Don't forget all the penalties not called in favor of the Pats. Damn refs!

I think most rate Marino > Elway. :noidea: I think Marino was better. Marino never had a running game and rarely had much of a defense. The whole rings argument is unfair anyway. In Elway's defense he had neither a running game nor much in the way of receivers until Sharp & then Davis showed up and he still dragged them to 3 SBs.

Really??? Whenever there are talks on any sports stations of greatest QBs ever you NEVER hear Marinos name mentioned but almost always hear Elways...

Marino is the GOAT. Marino > Montana > Elway > Unitas > Manning

I've said it 100 times. Give Peyton Manning the coaches, receivers, OL and the defense that Brady enjoyed his entire career and they win it every year.

BB record is below .500 and no playoff wins w/o Brady as starter, also Brady has had 4 OC . Dungy was a good coach, set up TB for a SB and Colts won the most games in the 2000's and go 9-11 in playoffs. Also same OC Tom Moore for 12 years with 7 one and dones. Sure Pats had some real good Defenses from 2001-2006 but dont forget that they went 5-11 and then 0-2 when Bledsoe went down. people give BB too much credit. They fired his ass in Cleveland. I think both HOF but when people use spygate or Brady had great defense and top receivers they know Jack. Deion Branch was his top go to guy and how did he fare in Seattle? Top 4 in QBR rating despite playing outdoors whole career. Longest home win record( Wilson might beat that next year. Only QB ever with over .700% and its almost 800. Best td/int ratio ever almost 350 passes w/o int record. Most playoff wins ever. Guess the kids in here like Madden football/fantasy no#s I'll take the Montana/Brady that dont make the crucial mistakes and have ice in their veins over the 20 yr player like Favre ,Marino and Manning that put up the yards and make the cruical costly mistake

Did you just turn on the NFL last year? :omg:

Go look at Peyton's roster from 1999 - 2010. You need to do some homework
and educate yourself. :L

Or that he has 2 6;3 receivers this year. people forget the 5 9 Welker that Miami really let do kickoff returns, 5 6 danny Woodhead 5 9 Deoin Branch and how long has Gronk been healthy. He's a beast but too injury prone

Can you say Andre Caldwell, TBrown, EGivens and DBranch...From 2001-2006 those receivers led the Pats during one season or more. THose are ALL below avg WR's while Manning was LOADED during that tenure

And thats the only reason has a SB ring is because of Caldwell. If anyone watched that game Pats were up to the Colts in the AFCG by 21. Caldwell dropped 3 passes that were right in no#s ,one in endzone with no coverage that a 4 yr old would have caught, one on 11 yd line that he could of run in for a score and cant remember where the 3rd drop was, just remember his bulding eyes. Think Colts had 4td best D that year and bailed out a 3 td/7int performance thru playoffs.
