And lets not forget Peyton Manning had freaking neck surgery not too long ago and his whole livelihood was at stake. And what does he do?

Oh not much, just set a few records, win an MVP, and lead his team to the SB.

Meh..........

Peyton is great. He is one of the greatest ever. I don't see what that has to do with Brady. People are just different. A lot of people have Elway in their top 4 but I thought he was overrated. Terrell Davis saved his legacy.

Haha

I actually liked KG before he went to Boston and became this badass hitman so to speak. Never liked Rondo not even at Kentucky.

KG was one of my favorites prior to him joining PP. (he pissed me off when he didn't go to Michigan, but I dealt with it.). I even grew to hate Sam Casell and his Big Balls when he teamed up with Pierce.

Ok, so how good/bad were they?

"Curtis Painter stepped in and no one even noticed Peyton was gone. With that dominant receiving corps, potent running attack, OL and defense, they had to try REAL HARD to lose. It wasn't easy."

6-10 maybe. Did you think Andrew Luck really had that good of a rookie season? I tried to convince myself that he was better than RGIII that year but I was unable to.

The Matt Cassell argument is absurd. The Colts falling to pieces after Peyton got hurt is almost as absurd as the "Cassell led the Pats to 11-5" argument. The moment Irsay found out Peyton was possibly done for good, he was going to "suck for Luck." Their team wasn't 2-14 bad. Not even close to it. The funniest shit ever, IMO, is when people say Brady had more talent around him than Manning did.

And Lion fans keep trying to sell me on Jim Fucking Caldwell.

No shit right!?!

Caldwell is not the answer to anyone's problems

Side note: Jim Caldwell is Peyton Manning's #1 fan at least… The least he could do for someone who made his career.

Well, he was a really good QB and was on his way to the HOF, but TD kept him from being another Fouts or Marino. That I wont disagree with. He had one of the best three yr stretches any back has ever had.

Still dont see why detroit didnt get Whisenhunt. This is who I wanted when Cowher retired. Best coordinator Ben ever had imo.

Would you believe me if I told you his brother lives across the street from me and his nephew and my son are good friends? TD works out at the LA Fitness and is a nice guy. He's seen all around town and is a pilot; he flies himself from our local strip to LA to be on his show.

A few reasons are emerging; the least of which is that the Titans offered $1M more per year. :D

He was at the top of my list as well. I'm pretty sure the entire Steeler Nation was in uproar over the Tomlin pick. Crazy how that turned out. You can still hear echoes of that uproar when people say "Tomlin only won because he inherited Cower's team"…
