I think you're vagina is chafed because USC was outed for damn near losing to a shitty Nebraska team that lost 4 games by double digits and barely beat Mcneese St.

All of the excuses that have been laid out have either been gross exaggerations or outright lies. I'm getting suspicious that Sark is not going to get USC back where you think.

USC had better players across the two deep. That is obvious.

All I got to say about the topic is part of the reason USC hired Lane Kiffin was because he had a plan on how to use scholarships over the years to lesson the hardships of the sanctions.

Which he did a pretty good job of doing. He signed a really big class to hold USC over the years, giving USC lots of veteran players even while thin. I'm guessing it'll end up being a blue print for teams that lose scholarships in the future.

I'm sure the sanctions still hurt, but it was no where near what most teams experience under the same punishment. I couldn't care less about the game between USC and Nebraska, but it's usually a safe bet socaljim is full of shit.

As for exaggerated, the article that was posted earlier showed that at no time last year, did USC have more than 57 recruited scholarship players. By the time of the Holiday Bowl, it was 53. So, exactly what was exaggerated?

Why would I have it deleted? The original premise of the thread was the outright LIE that USC had held out it's NFL draft prospects from the Holiday Bowl. See Post #1

That's actually a lie. I think the original point was to create a space on the internet where people could compare the relative sizes of their genitalia. OP is winning the "most insignificant" award.

As I said, when looking at signed classes Nebraska had a total of 89 players and USC had 84. There was a 15 player difference in the rosters for the Holiday Bowl though.

Even if USC had ONLY 53 'scholly' players (or whatever their claim is), that is still two deep across the board with an additional 11 players. Those 53 players have all the talent in the world over Bo Pleeny recruited players. That fuck couldn't recruit for shit.

Nebraska had an interim coach to boot. Sark had been with the USC players all season.

That game shouldn't have been as close as it was.

Please go back and find the post where I said anything about how you felt about Pelini. The game was close because both teams faced some adversity going into the game and both played a hell of a football game.

USC came out and jumped on the 'Huskers early. The Huskers could have easily packed it in, used the "interim coach" excuse and let USC blow them out. Instead, they stepped up, played with pride and made a fantastic comeback.

When the Huskers were making their comeback, USC could have folded and used the "depleted roster" excuse. Instead, they stepped up and made a couple of plays at the end of the game that saved the game for them.

Personally, I enjoyed a great football game between 2 great programs. I'm sorry you missed it.

The thread was about the lie. The scholarship excuses were brought in by you and became the crux.

You have disproven nothing. Nebraska signed 89 players from 2011 - 2014, USC signed 84. Every USC class was rated much higher than the Nebraska classes. Nebraska was playing with an interim head coach.

Are you saying that info is false?

I'm becoming suspicious USC may be in big trouble under Sark.
