It amazes me how the chicken shit hold against Alabama that took a 1st and goal from Auburn's 5 with 3 minutes to go wasn't even pointed out during the telecast, or barely mentioned. They were so focused on the personal foul that the announcers and his teammates thought Auburn's #6 Mincy was going to be called for they barely talked about it but, yes, technically it was a hold (2:37 mark) but so small with all the ones not called or not called on Auburn all day. Barely has his hand on top shoulder then lets go. However, for some reason lets just move Bama back. I admit we still should kick the field goal and win but it was a huge call. You want to see a hold freeze frame at the around the 1:21.45. Announcers don't even talk about it. What a joke!!! But then again it is Gary and Verne.

And the illegal pass play to tie it up and I'm not talking about Marshall. He was behind the line but your entire team can't be in run block mode on a pass play!!! Your H Back (#35 Prosch) is down field blocking CJ MOsely, 3 lineman are 5 yards down field blocking and two other receivers are blocking. You CAN NOT do that on a pass play. Where was the flag? Surprise no flag just like one of the worst holds I've ever seen not called on Auburn and their second TD with Marshall near the corner. Illegal pass play at 2:42.55. Just look for #35 out of backfield blocking #32 Mosley, lineman in middle of the field 5 yards down and receivers on other side blocking.

Even with all this Auburn is not last years Notre Dame and will be a good game. FSU has played no one. Still want FSU to kick their butt though~[/QUOTE]

1. If Alabama were playing who would be favored? (and yes Vegas has put odds out)
2. Who beat Alabama?

Now sit back and rethink your posts.

If it comes down to field goals.. you may be right... but Auburn loses that game 9 of 10 times. Field goal kicker is still having sleepless nights

I think Michigan State got robbed. They beat the #2 team in the country who had won 24 straight games and beat them by 10 points.

Auburn beat Alabama on a lucky play that nobody saw coming. Not to mention Auburn had to beat UGA, an 8-4 team, on a luck play.

I think State is the better team and should be in the NCG.

Is Auburn this year's Notre Dame. Won quite a few games ugly and close, needed help at the end of the year from other teams to be able to jump into the title game from #3 only to get destroyed by the superior team?

No.

They have much better athletes on both sides of the ball.

I could easily see either team getting blown out if they aren't ready for what the other can do offensively.

But I don't see that happening with the coaching staffs on hand.

Should be a great game. I think the nation wants to see what FSU is all about under the biggest of lights against a legit and quality opponent.
