Donaldson's lack of hustle and terrible baserunning really gets on my nerves.

Second baseman has to dive to his right(away from first base) on the other side of the second base bag, doesn't field it cleanly, knocks it down, has to pick it up and stand up and still throws Donaldson out at first. If he's busting it down the line, that's an easy hit. I like Donaldson, but he needs to be held to the same standard Acuna was.

Freddie up to 113 RBIs, and it's only September 1st. Most RBIs a Brave has had in a season since Andruw in 2006(also our last 40 homer run hitter)

I'll gladly take a split in the 4 game series coming up with the Nats.

It's gotta be annoying for both fanbases. We're the two hottest teams in baseball. We've won 12 of 14 and have gained no ground, the Nats are on just as good of a run and they've gained no ground. Under normal circumstances, the Nats would have already caught and passed us for the division with the run they've been on, and under normal circumstances we would have already put the division away with the run we've been on.
