It was ready to explode with the walks, crazy high pitch count, & giving up a 2-run single to an American League pitcher.

I’ve never said I hate #5.

6 innings pitched, 2 runs. It was a bit of an off day for him since most of his starts, he's allowed 1 or fewer earned runs, but still solid. He pitched the same amount of innings, allowed the same amount of runs, and allowed 4 fewer base runners against the same lineup as Dallas Keuchel.

His grand slam against the Dodgers might be the most memorable moment of the season so far, and I like him, but for me, Hechavarria has been the best of the bunch.

Hech has maybe had the biggest impact just because of his great defense and some clutch hits.

But I just was not expecting this from Ortega. I know his average isn’t great but I feel he’s hit better than that. Ok defense in the outfield. Doesn’t take great routes sometimes but it never really prevents him from getting to it.

Tyler Flowers needs to justify why he's on a MLB roster at all. Unless he goes on a ridiculous hot streak the final month, he doesn't belong anywhere near October baseball. Having him behind the plate is just asking for Brooks Conrad part 2.

I’d be surprised if Tomlin makes it. Nothing against him, but considering the way they use him in blowouts or as a last resort. But he has done exactly what they have asked of him this year.
