It wasnt like he asked for time in the middle of the windup...it was well before he went into his motion and then that strike 3 was nowhere close...Snit should have went out there and defended his player. Bobby always took up for his players, I cant think of 1 player that got ejected without Bobby also getting tossed.

The call is one thing, but when your best defensive player and leadoff man is arguing with an umpire who has his mask off, you get yourself out there as fast as you possibly can.

He's normally at his best when we need a win, and the only other time I demanded 7 innings this year was in Fenway, and he delivered.
