90 wins. I'm satisfied. WOuld be nice to get homefield for the NLDS, but I'm also ok if we send out the backup squad these next 2 games.

And as for Viz tonight, why bring in your closer in a 10-1 game when the mound is muddy and you've already clinched? Zero adrenaline, and closers aren't near as effective when it isn't a close game.

Folty set the Franchise Record for lowest BAA in a season at .195. Unreal.

But heres what is crazier, you know whos record he broke.......Julio Teherans (.196) set THIS YEAR. Julio held the record for 1 day, and Walks really fucked Julio out of a truly special season.

Both beat out Greg Maddux at (.197)

Bullpen blew another tonight. Sanchez went 6 scoreless and Venters coughed it up.


That loss means our only shot at Homefield in the NLDS is for us to win tommorow and the Rockies and Dodgers both lose. I think I would rather have the Rockies win and juat take my chances with us on the Road against them in the NLDS

When you get shutout, it's hard to blame the pitching no matter the score.

Best case scenario for us is Colorado beats LA in game 163 and puts LA in the WC game with Colorado burning their ace in game 163.

Would also be nice if the Brewers win the Central and the WC game is Dodgers-Cubs. That would mean one of the two favorites to win the NL is out before the playoffs really even start.

Well....Dodgers/Rockies both jumped on their opponents in the 1st so our game probably doesnt matter. But the good news us looks like their will be a game 163 tommorow where both will use their ace.
