As soon as Allard was brought in, my first thought was "Harper is gonna hit one a mile off of this guy."

I think we're well overdue for a homer from one of our catchers.

I feel like it's been ages since Kurt has hit one out, and I think Tyler's last one was off of Brad Hand.

Scherzer is on tonight. We'll be lucky to get a run.

This game was already a loss in my mind.

And if we do lose, it still isn't the end of the world. I like our chances tomorrow and I really like our chances Thursday.

I wonder if Wes Parsons will actually get to pitch this stint with the big club. He's been brought up twice. Hasn't even warmed up yet.

And we can't afford walks tonight, Newk, especially leadoff walks.

And something had to have been wrong with Carle for him to implode like he did. He's had bad outings this year, but he's never had so much trouble just throwing strikes. Plus with the way he had been pitching before today, they wouldn't put him on the DL for no reason after one bad outing.

He's only 20, still plenty of time to develop. However with the pitching depth in our farm, I would definitely attempt to use him as trade bait. Probably has more question marks around him (along with Gohara) than anyone else

Allard,Gohara,Teheran, and Ender will get us Realmuto IMO.

I have my doubts about that.

The Marlins see that Brinson guy as their CF of the future, and they know all too well what Teheran is.

Austin Riley, William Contrares and Allard might get it done.

Should have just thrown to first and hope Scherzer being on the bases has a negative effect on him. Turner is gonna steal second anyways.

The Marlins see that Brinson guy as their CF of the future, and they know all too well what Teheran is.

Austin Riley, William Contrares and Allard might get it done.

I would. I'm fine with Camargo being the 3B down the road, and I don't see Allard ever amounting to anything and Contreras is still years away to get arguably the best catcher in the Majors. Flowers and Suzuki are both probably gone after this season, and we're gonna need to do something there, and we don't have any prospects really close.

Alex Jackson has kinda sucked this year.

Ive heard Realmuto is plan A for next year and Yasmani Grandal is plan B.

I think AAs plan going forward is Camargo at SS and Riley at 3rd. He was gonna bench Swanson if we ended up with Beltre, IMO he is getting rid of Ender and Dansby.

It would have to be for a real difference maker. Realmuto, Bumgarner, etc.
