He walked a light hitting catcher to load the bases. I wonder if he's having trouble with his grip again, because he's not the same pitcher he was.

I mean the offense cuts the deficit to 1, under no circumstance can you load the bases with 1 out there. Something is off with Carle.

He wasn't nibbling earlier this year. Now he gets to two strikes and then is scared to throw another strike. The first try should have made it abundantly clear he wasn't gonna chase low and away.

That was a kick in the nuts.

Getting dominated by Vargas was totally unexpected and embarrassing.

How about building some momentum off of exciting walk off comeback wins instead of shitting the bed the next game?

And if I'm Snit, I'm telling Ender that if he pulls a groundout on the first pitch again, he'll never hit leadoff again.

They got the swelled head over the comeback last night and then just laid down and died tonight. If it had been Syndergaard pitching, that's one thing, but it was Vargas and they humiliated themselves.

We ain't in first anymore and now carry no momentum into a 4 game series against the Nats. Hopefully we can somehow manage to split that one, but if they play like this shit, we'll get swept.

We were pretty fucking close to getting swept in 4 games by the Mets in this series.

Wake the fuck up.

And start playing in innings 1-6. It's exciting when you do, but waking up in the 7th inning isn't gonna win you many games, especially against good teams.

Also I dont understnd Snits thinking PH Tucker for Culberson. We needed someone on base, not a HR and Culberson is one of the hottest on the team.

Take the good with bad. Aaron Blair was released, so even though he was already out for the year, we don't have to worry about him going forward.

Now we just need to get rid of Wisler and Sims.

But I don't mind calling up Bourjos. He's rarely gonna be seen with Culberson and Tucker platooning left field until Acuna returns, and when Acuna returns, Bourjos will be DFA'd again.

He's went away from what made him so great last year. He's had his moments this year, but even when the team was rolling offensively, it was largely despite Ender.

I'm holding out hope that the team got caught looking ahead to this Nationals series.
