Would love to see an explosive NT mixed in with Big Jurrell.

Well Jurell is a 3-4 DE, this team has no NT after letting both their NTs walk in FA.

Also, who the F is the other 34 DE?

That's why i mentioned a Wilkerson deal. You know he's a 3-4 stud.

I think the Titans go defense with the 15th pick. Either the #2/3 CB or a DL.

-Hargroves/Apple/Jackson
-Lawson/Rankins
They have a ton of quality picks in the next two years and seem to have their QB of the future in place. Just take the BPA at every single spot and hope going into the 2017 season you made enough good picks to compete. The worst thing they could do is go into these drafts thinking we need position "x" when they aren't quite ready to compete at this point.

The fact that the Titans already have their QB in place makes this a fantastic trade IMO.

I agree man... I like the direction that Jon Robinson is going. These types of moves have worked well for NE in the past so now the hope is he has an eye for the type of talent that can help the Titans be a playoff team again.

did they need to move to number 1 to get him though??

Browns at #2 were likely taking Wentz i thought. Maybe now Cleveland takes Bosa unless LA does something weird and takes Tunsil or Goff instead.

I'm liking the idea of a division rival giving up a lot to draft a player of a position that busts a high percentage of the time. It'll set them back for 3+ years if it doesn't work.

Set back 3 years, they haven't had a winning season since 2003.

I don't trust this front office, sometimes you have to take a risk, hope it works but are use to the losing.

If I were a Rams fan, I'd be irate this morning.

I suspect the Titans move up with a second and fourth or so and trade back into top 10 to grab a player. Philly at 8 might be an ideal trading partner.

Great haul for the Titans.

For the Rams, they have a lot more issues than just needing a franchise QB. I take it this trade was done with the new stadium in mind. Have a competent team by the time it opens. It's going to be hard when you still have so many holes while hardly having any draft picks.

It could be worst, could have old man Palmer as a qb with his career one playoff win.

I think Orak, Morgan, Casey is a heck of a start to a 43 DL.

It's not explosive, but solid.

I'm not worried about LB, look at what lebeau did with guys like Harrison and Woodley.

You don't know how many times I thought out loud about the Steelers being better suited for a 4-3...LeBeau is grounded in what he does best...a 3-4 base, he will tweak it to make the DEF at least respectable...right now they have enough edge pressure imo, but don't have the anchor in the middle.

Aaron Smith, Brett Keisel and Casey Hampton were guts and glory of that DEF and made it easy for Woodley and Harrison to get 1 on 1 iso...which they were good enough to beat a fair amount of the time. Couple that with the zone blitz scheme that would confuse blocking schemes...he had the perfect storm.

This just makes me think that guys like Lynch/Cook won't be around when the Cardinals draft @ #30.

Definitely not Lynch anyway. He'll go top 15.

Recent rumblings from Cleveland are that the FO and Pep Hamilton have wanted Goff all along, so they've been thrilled with all the Wentz talk, so it's likely they really only needed to move to #3 to get Wentz.

Absolutely.

Winning 34 games over the last 3 seasons & being a step away from the SB is infinitely worse than being a perpetual sub .500 team throwing most of their picks over the next two season at an unknown QB quantity...

There is zero anchor in the middle right now.

Even a sammy hill would be nice.

At this point I'm desperate enough to give Mount Cody his final NFL look.

Just saying, both teams don't have a franchise qb
