that was happening to this Jeep. thing was turned off and the defrost would kick on when the car was OFF....killed the battery, they took it in and got everything fixed. Seems like a great car though.

129k on it and runs good and has a ton of power. Lots of room. Giong to be very hard to get rid of the truck. But I am trying to keep it within the family somehow so that I don't totally say good bye to it.

There is a difference between "Extended", "Quad", and "Crew" cabs.

"Extended" is generally a two door with extra room behind the seat, or it has little doors that only open when you have the front door open. There is just a small bench back there with no independent window control. I agree those are limited in space for the "back seat".

A "Quad" has 4 independent doors and windows and more space. I've taken 4 adults in it on 7 hour drive fishing trips without issue.

A "Crew" has the 4 independent doors and windows, yet has the room of an SUV (Expedition/Suburban) in the backseat. Think of it as being a truck for a work crew of 4-5 adults.

There really isn't much difference between the Quad and Crew cabs but there is some.

The later model GM extended cabs had the suicide doors that open 180 degrees and windows you could roll down. They are actually easier to get into and out of then the new GM double cab since there is no B pillar

I got a good deal on a 2014 extended cab my kids can ride back there and my son is 6'5" wife is short though so it makes up for it.
