Yeah despite there miraculous week one victory I think this will be a bit hard for the Jets to pull off.

This baffles me. Belichick obviously departed from the norm and underestimated the Bills which would naturally lead you to assume that brutal practices would follow. I see this as the exact sort of bulletin board material Rex needs.

I think we all fully expect the Jets' weaknesses to be exploited early and often by New England. After what happened in Buffalo, the Patriots have allot to prove and I wouldn't want to be the next team they face. Unfortunate for the Jets.

Not sure what is so baffling. In spite of the final score and a few mistakes against the Bills, the Pats did not play that bad. Even Belichick himself said so. There is a lot of youth on the team and the wrinkles need to be ironed out. Don't know where you get your info, but a tight game was expected.
Jets will be another difficult game.

That the patriots were expected to blow out the bills, i'm guessing. Bill will never publicly call a game an easy one or even in the locker room, but I wouldn't be surprised if the team expected an easier game, and the public most certainly did.

The key defensively for the Jets is stopping the run and getting pressure on Brady. He won't have all his weapons this week, so its a winnable game IMO.

The Jets are forming a pretty beastly DL, led by these 2.

But its not just them. Damon Harrison is a player who looks great at NT, hes a real find. Kenrick Ellis looked beastly as well. Sheldon Richardson is way ahead of the curve, he looks like hes going to be a great player.

Antwan Barnes can get pressure off the edge. David Harris looked really good vs the Bucs. And DeMario Davis brings a lot of speed inside.

Offensively, our OL has to block better and open up some holes for the run game. Can't make Geno have to do everything like against the Bucs. Though the Bucs secondary is much more talented than the Patriots. Holmes actually looked good moving, was facing Revis though who looked like he didn't miss a step.

Can Geno step up and lead the Jets to 2-0?

It wouldn't hurt my feelings at all to see Muhammad Wilkerson get him a little Tommy.

This is a pretty big game for the Jets considering this is their Super Bowl.

I thought last week was? At least that's how Robert Kraft was acting in the luxury box after Gostkowski hit the FG to give the Patriots that convincing "win" over the Bills.

I love how Patriots fans pretend like they gave the Bills plenty of respect going into that game. It must drive a real Bills fan insane. It's so fuckin patronizing.

I know Patriot fans think the Jets are absolute shit and they should think their team will dominate them. But I am hopeful. Everyone thought the Jets would lose week 1, people thought they would get dominated just because ESPN ranked them dead last. They are better than people think. The defense should keep them in games, their offense will do as well as Geno plays. They have a much better OC than they had last year, who actually brings a pass first mentality. We run a lot of spread formations, which is what Geno is more comfortable with. He has the legs to pick up first downs when the play isn't there, he has 4.5 speed. He has a great arm, accurate and strong. He makes mistakes and doesn't have great field awareness yet. But hopefully he can play well enough to win this game, I am sick of losing to the Patriots.

No, last week was the Bills Super Bowl, this Week it's the Jets, and the week after that will be the Bucs Super Bowl, etc, etc.

At this point in time, what can the Pats really do or say considering how they've owned us over the past 10 years? As a Bills fan, I'm more pissed at the Bills for taking it in the ass all these years without a fight.

Then again, it does make me think of my Honeymoon.

EDIT: Just saw that you said "Patriots Fans" and not the actual Team in your post. I don't know what fans you're talking about, but the majority of comments I saw from them heading into the game was that the Pats would win easily by at least 20+ points.

Yeah I blame Wilson if he knew how to hire a GM and a coach then maybe they could have amassed talent to beat the Patriots. But when you go though the Bills drafts you get one hit every 5 years or so. That is not the way you build a winning team.
