It’s dominating the news circuit right now. Does anything come of it? I’ve heard rumors the allegations started with Ohio State (although that could be something Michigan created to pump up the team)

What are you all hearing? You think this will all just disappear in a few weeks? Does this have some teeth to it that may hurt/derail Michigan’s season and/or future seasons?

some lesser school will do the same thing and get punished for the both of them

Not that there's much to steal from OSU. Their offense is Harrison and a bunch of scrubs.

Of course, if you're going to have one good player, Harrison is a very fair choice. He's amazing.

I have no opinion yet. Want to find out more about what they're actually accused of and what the actual rule is.

When I hear stealing signs I automatically don't care.

But when you hear words like "organized, systematic, and program" I start paying attention.

Like with the Astros in baseball. I heard sign stealing and didn't care. But then found out the extent to which they were cheating with a systemic organized operation to cheat and its a bit of a bigger deal.

Bunch of cheaters. Not surprised. Wins will be vacated. When you can’t win you cheat. Makes sense now.

Auburn did the same thing to FSU in the title game because they had a recent former coach on staff. FSU changed the signs at halftime and Auburn didn’t do an lot after that.

Ohio State fans : good I hope they vacate wins

Do some research. They had our signs in 2019. Nobody complained then.

I don't know nor do I care. It was a dumb rule put in because schools wanted to cut costs on scouting. All I will say is if even Paul Finebaum is defending Harbaugh then there must be nothing to it

I think Harbaugh is a complete and utter douche canoe and deserves every bit of criticism thrown his way.

This 'cheating' scandal for stealing signs? Pfft. Really

Isn't that called scouting your opponent.?

I realize the Astros got railed for stealing signs, but that was stealing pitching signs. A completely different topic and an ultimate no-no in baseball.

As for football, we see them parading signs on the sidelines every weekend. Are we saying that scouting a team, trying to figure out their easily seen signs is somehow cheating, then I can't get on board with that bullshit.

Is scouting your opponent's tendencies and or 'signs' now considered cheating? I can hate Harbaugh for an infinite amount of reasons. This isn't one of them.

Michigan State Police opened an investigation into University of Michigan last night. Not for sign steal though, its for the Child abuse that happened in East Lansing last night.

lots of new information came out today, video survellence sent to NCAA.

Michigan's spy bought tickets for the OSU /PSU game this weekend. low center field on both sides of the stadium. tickets went unused. didn't they have a 2nd stringer set up to take conner's place???

but this isn't looking good.

and I love how so many are trying to brush this under the rug.

Matt Rhule gets it right........

“Sign stealing happens every game. There’s nothing wrong with teams looking over to try to steal our signs, there’s nothing wrong with us trying to look at their signs. It’s why you should have mics in the helmet. All these guys that vote against it every year is because they don’t want to teach their quarterback," Rhule said.

"There should be 100% (mics). You can get rid of all the stupid signs on the sideline and the pictures of rock stars and all that stuff and we can just play football the way it was meant to be. You go to a high school game, there’s technology on the sideline. You go to an NFL game, there’s technology on the sideline. You got to a college game, nothing."

looking across the field to try to pick up other teams signs is fine, but sending scouts is crossing the line.
