They do. He has some upside but there are some off the field issues w/ him as well. Interviews will be key. He's got starting LT upside.

December is typically when you see these extensions come. I would guess they get something done w/ Simmons around then, or at least try. Perhaps Wolfe as well. Undoubtedly McGovern, S Harris, and CHJ hit the market to see what is available.

I’m not really concerned about Jackson’s off field issues. Just immature stuff. He’s a good guy overall. Just needs to be fully healthy. He really should stay in college and climb the draft ranks next year. He would be making a mistake to declare. Could easily bolt way up next year with a good healthy season.

i think both Thomas and Wirfs fit in Denver well but do agree the ole Iowa boy fits a bit better. Would be happy with either.

If it were up to me - based on my frustration with the recent Denver Broncos - my top 2 or three draft picks would be Olinemen. That is unless Munchuk can't fill spots with guys around the league he already coached into his system.

I am reminded - Elway did not win a Super Bowl - until the Broncos went out and got Zimmerman to be their top OT and stopped their championship run - after he retired.
