are you suggesting the OP buy this man to carry him and his pop up trailer around?

nah, maybe not this particular guy. He's a preacher. You don't want that around full time when you're vacationing or smokin a joint or cheatin on your ol lady or speeding or ........... well, you get the point.

I understand that. My wife gets these hot flashes and it is insane. Just laying in bed next to her she can go from a normal temp to like 400 degrees in like 10 seconds.

My wife is just starting that as well... she turns 40 soon so we assume is it premenopausal...

But that is good.. we spend out entire marriage with her complaining I would freeze her.. now I sleep like a baby.

I would rather be cold than hot any day... at least I can bundle up.

Remember when Fords had those ULTRA shitty radios that they used in all their cars and trucks? It was like all treble... and that wasn't that long ago.

I merged the 2 "buying truck" threads, just to keep the clutter down.

What? A Tacoma is not just a truck... it is a lifestyle... a statement...

That is like merging the Viking with pee-wee football... I mean they are the same, but still different.

yeah, there's so much going on in this forum, it's hard to keep track of all the threads.
why don't you just merge all of them into 1 big thread.
that would make about as much sense.

What the fuck? I'm thinking about buying a Tacoma now? Well, I know I'm not wrong, so I guess I'll go out and buy a Tacoma now.

Settle down pokerface,
We don't need two threads on buying trucks, whether there's heavy or light traffic in here.

When this thread is minimized, the header says "Thinking about getting a Taco". Mmm... a taco does sound good.

I finally bought it. 2011 Chevy Silverado, silver, 4x4, 24K miles, for $24,000. I said no to the Dupont paint and undercarriage sealant, the clear coat polish whatever, the lifetime guaranteed seat spray-on Teflon coating bullshit, the 75K mile pre paid maintenance plans, all that horse shit. Sorry Ford guys, nothing personal, but the Chevy selection was much greater. I test drove a few Rams, and I liked them just fine, but the dealerships kept getting mad when I went over the railroad tracks and half the truck's weight in rust fell off. Sorry guys :noidea:

LOL... nothing wrong with Ford, I bought my wife a Ford Escape. But no... I can't do a Tacoma. I don't care how redneck of an opinion it is, I can't drive a foreign pickup truck.

Saw a review of the Tundra on Motorweek today. They were a little negative. I was surprised since they usually fawn all over jap lemmingmobiles. I was also surprised the Toyota pick-ups are the only ones on the market that still only have hydraulic assist steering. WTF? Is this 1992?
