I just don't like that Maggie, Glenn & Tara went with Abraham, Eugene and Rosita! I wanted to see them spend a little more time as a full group.

I still think season two has been the best season but hopefully season five makes me rethink that.

The one where they sat around, did nothing and had lots of internet memes? Season 1 is the best, imo, but the past season and a half has been solid

Yeah, six episodes was the best season when we got to see Merle chained to the roof, Amy die, Shane and Lori phuck and Rick called a dumbass by Glenn, exciting stuff.

Oh and I forgot about all the excitement surrounding the Mexican tough guys with the old folks home! lolzzz

S1 was the best, though that's usually the same with all seasons. S5 has been great though.

I have a question.
it has been established that if you put the smell of the dead on you. you trick them & they think you are dead & leave you alone. So movement isn't the motivating factor for the dead.

So what if you had a bio suit they use when they deal with diseases like at the CDC or space suit or whatever other type of suit that would give no smell at all of the human inside it? Would that work with the dead? The dead wouldn't be smelling living flesh. I assume the smell of the dead mask the smell of the living.
Does anyone think this would work? Or is it only the smell of the dead on you that keeps them from chewing on ya?

Too many roosers in the hen house, Abraham and Rick would have butted heads too much. Am I the only one waiting for Rosita and Tara to hook up, they had to stay together.

That's not a bad thing, thats one thing I liked about Shane, the show wasnt just about everyone blindly following Rick, Shance questioned things, sure he turned out to be a nut job but I liked the show back then.

It would but the dead feed off anything that moves including animals. I think they ignore the movement of their own more than the smell of different types of animals . Wear the suit but stay still until they walk by.

Abraham apologized on the map he gave to Rick. They will meet up again but I don't think it will be in Washington.

It's just a good drama about a post-apocalyptic world.

Pretty intense and a lot of character deaths(which always keep shows interesting). I'm in the process of getting fully caught up as I just started the show after never thinking I'd like. Midway through s4 and I think it's really solid. Initial thought it was just popcorn entertainment but is actually pretty well done.

Try not to spoil yourself though because it's that much better. I went into it already knowing some things and it took some luster off...although a few times I knew a character was gonna die but still eneded up surprised when it happened not expecting it at that time.

Holy shit Carol! What the heck happened after they followed that car?!?

Question. Don't know the south at all and didn't look hard at Abraham's map. The church must still be pretty close to Atlanta then?

My guess is that when they saw the car it was chasing Noah. Daryl (maybe Carol too depending on how the timeline works out) found Noah and that's who the mystery person was that went back with him.

Carol could have gotten taken before Noah was found. Or Carol and Daryl might have found Noah first and had Noah explain everything to them and found out where Beth was and maybe Carol allowed them to "take" her after Noah explained that no immediate harm would happen to her and that Beth was there.

The 1st of those 2 scenarios seems more likely to me but I'm not ruling the 2nd one out completely. Either way, Daryl, Rick and company will be going into Atlanta soon I'm sure.

Let me start by saying this whole storyline is not in the comics, so anything I say on this arc is just conjecture and extrapolation on my part.

I am almost certain that it is Noah with Daryl. This has been rumored since last week when that scene happened, and the events of this ep, I think, darn near confirms it. Daryl does seem disturbed, somehow, so I am not sure that he and Noah are on good terms. I think that they are with each other out of neccesity, though, and Daryl is trusting him to get the group to the hospital to free Beth and Carol.

Noah is going back home, which is Virginia. Convenient. He did say that they have walls back home. AFZ, anyone? (Sorry, slight comic referance, there)

When Noah got away, I thought Beth was looking at him with betrayal. However, on TTD, Emily Kinney said specifically that she was looking at him with a smile, glad that at least he got away. If they need to explain the scenes after the fact, that is either bad acting or bad directing. They are falling into this too much this season.

Overall, a rather slow and boring ep, IMHO, but is building up to something, so I am OK with that. It is impossible to have a HR with every episode. After 5.1 and 5.2, they have earned a few bad/off weeks.

Watch, or don't. I don't give a shit. But don't come in here acting like we would be blessed if you were to grace the show with your viewership.

I enjoyed the episode, and I thought we finally got to see a bit of a transformation with Beth the same we saw it with Carol. Beth was about to go postal on everyone in that hospital until she saw Carol arrive. She understood then that she had to bide her time.
