True, but I don't think Mitch needs to light the world on fire like Goff/Wentz in year #2 for us to be competitive. We just need him to grow and play solid football.

I'm not thinking SB at this stage, but I hear you. I would be very happy with 9-10 wins. I think the expectation jumped from 7-8 wins to 8-9 wins with the Mack deal.

FWIW - Brad Johnson was a rather average QB... but had a helluva year in 02. Made the pro bowl and was an MVP candidate.
