Offensively we don't need to worry as much as we do Defensively.

On Offense we keep doing exactly what we have been the past 2 games. Pound Ameer. Pound Ameer. Pound Ameer. And then pound Imani as a change up back.

We need to stress Michigan State's Defense and make them have to get after it. Run Ameer like the horse that he is. Period.

I have a feeling Michigan State is gonna come with run blitz after run blitz and leave their corners one on one. We need to be able to exploit that.

They might.

For whatever reason we have always had success running the ball against Sparty.

I know they are watching the Illinois game film and Illinois had a blitz that kept us pretty well in check. MSU has better athletes than that. It left them completely exposed in the passing game, though.

We ran for 458 yards on 6.5 per carry against Illinois.

I hope MSU follows Illinois' gameplan

 They stopped using it after a couple plays from what I saw. When they held us to a field goal I think in the first quarter, that's what they were doing. On third down, TA tried to force the pass to I think DPE but he had Westerkamp WIIIIDE open for an easy TD. We would have eventually exposed them pretty badly had they continued doing it.

Both teams will be running the ball a lot, this game clock is going to be on fire, one turnover or a few penalties could very well be the deal breaker. Playing safe smart and clean favors one of these two teams more than the other

From what I have seen this year in the games and team. I see a 7 to 10 point win by MSU!!!

Again I hope I'm WRONG!!!!

The biggest key in this game will be TA not throwing picks, and if he can prevent himself from locking down on receivers like he has a tendency to do, I believe Nebraska runs fairly well on MSU and our defense stops them enough to win if Pelini's gameplan includes plenty of pressure on their QB.

Turnovers WILL BE critical, I repeat, turnovers WILL BE critical, or the lack thereof on offense for Nebraska.

If what I say here transpires, Nebraska wins the game 31-24.

turnovers and rush yards.

I don't know if AA is gonna be enough he's gonna need wes and bell and for tommy to have a great game.

I see a 35-31 type of game heart says neb head says msu will be ready.

TA in my opinion is a great player, but his passing scares me. Nebraska may just need to pass 20 to 25 times to keep up with MSU, but if that scenario occurs I don't see Nebraska winning because the likelihood of picks will go up exponentially with that many passes in the air from TA.

I understand where you're coming from. I broke one pair of mine into 477 pieces a few years ago, but I now have another pair in case of an emergency.

I'm going to add anything new, but I like to make comments.

I have a bad feeling this game. You guys say we've always done well running, well you know that MSU is going to figure out how to stop that at some point. TA scares me every time he throws it. Sometimes he's fantastic, but other times he telegraphs passes worse than junior high QBs. he gets zero'd in on 1 guy and refuses to look elsewhere. oak mentioned it above, we had 3rd a goal and he went to someone on the bottom, meanwhile he had a wide open Westerkamp on the top side.

our D is scaring me too. MSU can run the ball. we've been giving up big run plays and I think we would be giving up more if it wasn't for most teams abandoning the run because our O has been putting up points. MSU will be in this game and won't give up on that run. I don't even want to get into our pass D. it's been mediocre at best, Cook's a good QB and can tear us apart if Bo isn't getting pressure on him.
