I m with you Brasky. We will see if the staff has improved along with the team.

Ross Els is responsible for special teams and the LB corps.

I want him gone. I've wanted him gone for a long time.

I'm probably being stupid here, but I really think we win this game fairly easily (10-13 pts), but then drop a couple of the remaining games. (Bo has to find some way to get to 4 losses right?)

We are just all giddy and proclaiming this Bo's defining game simply because we've not been 5-0 going against a top 10 team in a very, VERY long time. (2001 as others have pointed out)

It's critical that Nebraska can run the ball effectively, because if they have to rely on TA's passing, we're in deep doo doo. Despite TA's passing, he is way more of an asset than a liability.

I can't wait until the point spreads come out. I'll say about -3.5 Michigan St. That's just a wild guess.

Armstrong is the best passer Pelini has had here. There have been several big plays off of his arm this year.

It seems you just can't let him throw over the middle. Pelini needs to run out on the field and smack him with his hat every time he throws one.

But that deep ball... that's a thing of beauty.

My understanding was the reason they wore all whites at Fresno St is because Fresno St was going to be wearing red. They just wanted to eliminate any potential confusion.

I liked the whites, but Saturday, those were rather embarrassing. I think if they clicked their heels together three times in those shiny red shoes they would of ended up in Kansas.

LOL

They were awful, and as someone that has tried to say positive things about the alternate uniforms, I had to admit to being wrong and we need to stop doing this gimmicky uniform stuff.....leave that shit to the Oregon's of the world that have accomplished nothing in their history other than flash and bling.....

Those were ugly for sure. One of my nieces said they made the players butts look bigger! lol

TA may have a strong arm and he has thrown some beautiful deep passes, but he is so erratic. I just saw a point spread and it's higher than I thought it would be at seven points Mich. St. I believe the main difference between the two teams is Mich. St. has the more consistent passer.

I just hope to hell that TA's not allowed to pass more than 12 to 15 passes. Also, A run heavy gameplan, two or less turnovers, and great defense placing a lot of pressure on their QB is the only way we see a win next week.

I think Huskers are playing the best, overall, in last 4-5 years. The time is right for them to go into E. Lansing and get the W. I think they have enough weapons to keep the Sparty D honest, not being able to key on one particular option. I don't think their O has played against a D like the Huskers, so feel they can keep them to 21 points.

I can't imagine winning in E Lansing AND Madison. Given my choice, I'd take a "W" in Madison.

I personally do not see Nebraska winning this game. But that's just because of some old scars I have. I hope to god they do. Lose the game and all that is really lost in the big picture is a chance at the 4 team playoff which they only have a distant outside shot at now anywhow. Indianapolis is still in play which honestly, I care more about realistically anyway. (Doesn't mean I don't care about this game) I want to win against Sparty just as much as the next guy.

I think in order for Nebraska to have a chance to win this game the Defense needs to come up with a turnover early which leads to Nebraska points in order to set the tone for the game. A turnover early, zero turnovers by Nebraska and I think Ameer needs to have about 30 carries.

This Nebraska team looks more focused and determined then any other team I have seen under Bo. TA still makes bad short to midrange passes but I think that can be cured with DPE and westerkamp on slant routes.

Also I still think we hammer cross on 1st an 2nd and hand off to Ameer on 3rd
