He is a solid safety but Seattle gave away the farm for that guy.

He is just a solid safety? He is just 24 years old and has played only 3 seasons so far but he has already become a 2x All Pro safety. For reference one of the most impressive things about Dawkins career was that while he had a lot of sacks with 26 for his career. In just 3 seasons Adams already has 12 sacks, 10 of which have come over the last two seasons.


Minkah Fitzpatrick is the other safety who could be argued as best in the league. And he might be but Jamal Adams is there with him and I think playing in that Seattle defense he is going to be taking ownership of that best safety in the nfl crown.

A 3rd rounder isnt close. Theres maybe 1 QB in the league id trade Ryan and a 3rd rounder for ( Mahomes ) for example. But still thats a lot extra
