Can't post anywhere else on this site, so I thought I would share the love with me bruddas of the PAC....


Weather's UNREAL around here of late and the "6' ft wet rule" is NOW in effect boyz. Means IF the surf is over 6' high and clean, NOTHING gets done except for putting on a wetsuit and paddling out for some GREEN WATER BARRELS!...LOCK-N-LOADED and heading west tonite to this place and others close by. God's country...current surf conditions are as follows...

NW swell 5' @ 20 seconds, sunshine and EAST OFFSHORE WINDS to boot, if any ANY OF YOU know what that means, OMG it's clean surf and building!

How is it killing us? Being ranked has no advantage to a team like the Devils. We have to perform to get where we want to be and being ranked does not help us period. Yes, it does kill a top team like the Ducks, especially when they slip down one in the BCS standings. Screw everybody who runs a poll, just leave us out!

Well if you as a fan have aspirations for your team to get to a BCS game the loss killed you.

That is where I was coming from.

Another loss on the season it is a Holiday Bowl or lower.

THAT Card D WILL BE gassed by the start of the 4th quart. They WILL try to take away Cooks with double 2deep coverage and blitz all day, won't matter as Mannion has other targets to utilize. No I didn't Mamba...terrific MLB Manager who once coached me beloved Pyrat club. Doesn't surprise me, he's gettin up there in age and needs to move on and be with his family while he can still walk-n-talk-n-see.

Well if you as a fan have aspirations for your team to get to a BCS game the loss killed you.

I would say every team in the PAC has aspirations for a BCS bowl, and one North team or one South team will get a BCS bowl. A ranking may come before or after. Or not. For example, the Devils may be unranked and win a game against a ranked team and move to the head of the standings in the South by a half game. And still be unranked. Didn't we. And you know if UCLA loses to you guys, really hope not, and we get by Wazoo on the road, we'll lead the South by a full game and a half. And we'll still be unranked (hopefully). Stuff the rankings, they are nothing but a distraction.
