While it didn't affect the outcome of the game, it is frustrating that a team like the mighty Stanford would resort to that and no one seems to really care... I've lost respect for Stanford.

They tweeted that they were coming if we won last week. A battle of two 5-0 teams with one of them ranked #2 is worth the trip. Is it still worth it with UW now 4-1? That's the question now isn't it.

I don't know man, I see why it's a desirable thing, but I don't really care.

I did not get to see the game yet. My kids will have to watch it with me tomorrow. From what I saw on my phone and heard on the radio. Huskies, you probably should have won. If Stanford faked injuries I am ashamed of that and my team. I know Skov got a "Charlie horse" but that is no excuse.

If you follow the top tweet the same guy who talked to him last week about coming to seattle asked him if it is off the table now and others are talking about it, but fowler hasn't responded directly.

You can at least see he was watching the game and was vested in the outcome. That's at least a good sign.

look, uw wasn't going to win the NTG no matter what happened this game. Having game day here for the first time in history is huge. How many national recruits do you think watch that? Is any exposure for the team a bad thing when it comes to recruiting? If recruiting is everything in college football then anything that aids it is something big. At least that's how I view it.

National recruits are to tired from there games on Friday nights and all the partying afterwards to watch game day lol but JK.

Good question, I know they love Oregon, been there like 5 times. But the appeal of UW with a new stadium might win out. Who knows.

By the way, whats up with those Mardi Gras helmets UW had tonight? Neon purple facemasks? I felt like I was watching a football masquerade party without girls showing their tatas...

Looking at the top 25 games next week, it seems they have this, and LSU/Florida to choose from. Or maybe Oklahoma/Texas? I don't know...

The new stadium might be the tipping point for them, but who knows. The game will get a lot of national attention either way, just would be cool to finally have them here at least once.

As for the helmets it's the same ones they used against Arizona. The metallic look is in around football I guess and why they chose a lighter color for the mask I don't know. I'm on record as saying I like the old school unis and don't like all these options, but that's how the game is going now so we really have no choice I guess.

texas is turrble right now. That would be a travesty. LSU/Florida is always an option and we know how much espin loves the SEC.
