I would need for you to make a user, validate it etc. But then after that point you can upload the image yourself. I would need for you to give permission in the form and release it under a license. You can release it to public domain, then anyone can do anything they want with it. Or you can release it under more strict licenses where people have to attribute you as the author and even add a link to a url of your choice. The options are all there on the upload form and the website will automatically follow what you tell it too. You can see how some of the ones are there already, I got them mostly from flickr and linked to the photographers flicker account.
