BTW...Smokers up to temp full of beer water, shoulders injected with apple juice and 22 spices, hand rubbed with texas pork rub-52 spices, burn is with cherry wood-well seasoned and de-barked, cooking on a "Weber Smokie Mountain barbie"...Google it, their fantastic. WHO IN HELL can say no to multiple pork slider sandows with either barbie sauce or hot roasted garlic aoli sauce, smoked baked boubon beans, potatoe salad and ice cold beer.

I dare ya....Oh yeah and foosball ALL FUCKING DAY LONG...Am I that crazy?

I do a take on bourbon beans when I smoke as well. think I got the basic recipe from amazingribs.com at some point and then tweaked it to my own. Let those bake at the bottom of my smoker when I do ribs so they take all the drippings. Amazing stuff when made right.

I forget, I DID say I alwayz liked THIS guy didn't I ?...lifes so short I can't remember one hour to next...I Agree Whiz, Boubon beans on a smoker w/ dripping is like having sex on the beach with 4 girls @ the same time...ALL NITE..INCREDIABLE to say the least-so easy too.

Yep, that's why I was saying that. You can drain out the beer in alabama, but good luck trying to do so on the west coast. We take our alcohol much more seriously out here.
