With the time difference and all, I expect Oregon to "sleepwalk" through the 1st half leading to a close halftime score. Then they wake up in the 2nd half and the rout is on!!

Oregon will thump them I'm sure. It isn't games like this where a new HC can cost you games, it's the games that come down to a play call or two where we will see what this guy can do. If virginia doesn't have a stout defense with lots of depth it will play out like most of their games. Maybe they hold them to under 25 in the first half, but once the defense gets worn down it will look like a video game as usual.

Only because of the kickoff time I am not so worried about this. it basically makes it a 1230 game for Oregon.

After the way we played vs. Hawai'i (especially on offense) we better not be ripe for an upset!! That would mean we're not taking WSU seriously and with the way the offense played, we'd have to take Nicholls St. seriously!!

I think any team with a semi competent QB might have beat you guys last week. It was not good.

It'll be an interesting matchup and will help us know if your D really much better or Hawaii was just THAT bad

wazzy, look at how good tebow was in college and how bad he was in the pros. Not all QB's fit in with all teams and systems. If Tuel wasn't an air raid kind of guy he had to go in favor of a kid who would be in the system longer and have potentially more upside because of it.

You still going to feel the same way if halliday tears up USC and comes back with a win?

Maybe true, but you can't change the past. Every coach has made mistakes if that's what it was. Saturday's game shows that Leach is making good progress. He might have ended up at ASU if Wazoo had not snatched him first. I would have been happy to have him because he's a winner. Maybe not a 10 game a year winner, but a winner. Check out his bio, its pretty interesting. He will build a solid program, count on it. Just saying...
