The heat is a bit severe at times.
More so in AZ then here.
We have a pretty temperate climate here.
On occasion we get some 110 115 deg. Temps.

Last bad one here was 1989 during the world series between the Giants/A's
Probably about due for a good one?

I just got used to tornadies after 10 years .. dont want to have to get used to earth quakes

By calculations we have maybe 3 to 5 years before a good hurricane. 10 - 15 for another Katrina. Bring it!

The worst quakes are the ones that hit at 3:00 am.
Not bad enough that the bed jumping scares the shit out of you.
But the screaming Norwegian, that really gets ya moving...
