GEO Thermal here is pretty expensive, but the digging here is easy compared to some of the States. So it might be cheap here...even though it's expensive. But you basically have no heat/cooling bill.
They just bury water line about 7' down, where the ground temp is a constant 65 degrees.
So it keeps the house warm in winter and cool in summer.

Markus Wheaton's the real deal boyz...aint much on size, but has excellent hands and aint scart to run the inside patterns for your QB either. Sneaky fast too. He can beat single coverage and find the open spots in zone coverage.

I have watched him thruout his college career and thought he would go higher in this year's draft, he is alot better than some of those 3rd rounders taken.

He doesn't have an ego, plays for the team and their needs. Ought to fit in real nice in "blue collar" P-Town. Hard worker as his college stats show.

Congrats on getting him and GL2U and your team this coming year.

I was happy with our draft and did like picking Markus Wheaton.. the steelers are going to look different next season for sure .. im excited and apprehensive.
