He will be a Sabre.. Book it! It makes perfect sense. The Sabres can give him north of $10 mil/per, they have a great young up and coming corp of players, and they can focus on building their defense via draft this season. The sabres are going to be a scary team in 2-3 years.

In a way it would also be nice to see the Sabres competitive. They do have a great fanbase. Stamos would definitely make them a scary team

The Sabres have a decent farm now, they continue to develop their younger playersto be ready to come up. They have a young and very good team in the future. Evander Kane, ROR, Eichel, and a few other very good young group. The weakest link is defense. They really only have Rasmus Rotailonen (spelling). Gionta is coming off the books. They have a ton of $$$$ and draft picks. It's closer to home for Stamkos.

He played very well for us when Delzotto went down I would go as far as saying he played as well if not better as DZ did. As good as he was nobody is taking that contract unless Hextall pulls off another miracle.

You guys have some space to work with too. Should be interesting to see who the flyers pursue. The Devils have A ton of space "if they avoid that awful trade rumor". But they also have a massive amount of holes. Over half the roster is either an RFA or UFA I ma have jinxed them messing with NJCup that Clarkson was coming back

The flyers can bury MacDonald in the minors if they want tho cant they? Im not sure if he has A NMC

@clarkson23devils This is the best time to post here because it's days from the draft and CFB season is in the infancy stage. Not much going on except for the spring practice. Come September I sometimes disappear over on the Buckeye boards.

I would say so, Ted set the bar pretty high, I would say Ted 2 did a good job of living up to that.
