Chy How about that win yesterday. I love beating the Niners!

My sons home from college so we went to dinner. I had game cast on my phone and we walked out with 1st and goal on the 1. My wife and son were busting my balls about how the Rams were going to lose another they should have won. Turned on the radio, which happened to be on Rams home broadcast, to hear the fumble recovery. After a shitty Saturday, Sunday turned out pretty good!

tweeters saying Coburn has been a full participant in practice this morning on the '4th pair' with Manning. that's a good sign.

I guess 4th pair = (3rd) 3rd pairing? Coburn will go to 1st w/ Streit, Grossman is 2nd w/ ????. MDZ, Schultz, Schenn, Manning and New guy (Col + a bunch of vowels + vo) round out the ???? and the (1st) 3rd pairing. I would expect Manning to join Ghost in LV.

Has anyone noticed that the opposition goals have gone down since A Mac has been out of the line up? Just an observation.............

For what its worth, Manning has been returned to the AHL. Cant have the young guys serving as a #7 healthy scratch.

I thought Couturier looked pretty dangerous for stretches last night. Read has been a black hole offensively this year though. There was one sequence where he had the puck, and 100% drifted from the center line to just inside the zone, then gave up the puck. 0 strides taken. I don't understand that.

he was so terrible in the preseason I didn't think he'd make it through a regular season game without getting stapled to the bench.

on a relative to that scale, he's been downright amazing.

Agreed, and I really hope he can sustain it so I can say I was wrong about him. HOWEVER, I just want to point out that he has benefited from an unusually high Flyers shooting % and unusually low opponent shooting % when he is on the ice, and that his overall possession numbers are pretty poor.
