ya, couple of very questionable calls to be sure. I'm almost ok with it though. I'd rather all the bad calls come in one game than spread them out. And the officiating has been pretty good otherwise so far for the Flyers games.

Emery was good. Both of Stamkos' goals were Stamkos-esque shots, next to impossible to stop. 1st goal was a pretty nasty double deflection. Can't remember the other goal at the moment.

I don't understand how you let Stamkos get that shot off every time. I guess I say the same thing with G on the PP. Stamkos sets low to the goalies right and has incredible accuracy. I think the 2nd went over the right shoulder. He had a puck sized gap and hit it. G sets up a little higher on the right and does have the shot of Stamkos but scores quite a few from that set up. The only way to prevent it is to not take stupid penalties. Rinaldo got one at the end of the 2nd and too many men when you have the puck and are entering the offensive zone really, really bad. I understand that its a close call that sometimes doesn't get called but in a 3-2 game on the road with about 5 minutes left you cant give them a reason to call it. Live and learn.

P.S. Stamkos did not score the last PP goal but it is still a stupid penalty!

We used to let Vinny stand in that same spot and fire away at our net when he played for TB. The refs stunk and kind of screwed us in the end.

The last goal for TB was from the point and leaked in. Razor was good but a tough game to overcome all these BS calls especially when Gee went to the box . Like you said all bad calls in one game is better than having them spread out.

How good has Schultz been? He is playing so good right now! I definitely had my doubts but he has been one of our top Dmen.

he was so terrible in the preseason I didn't think he'd make it through a regular season game without getting stapled to the bench.

on a relative to that scale, he's been downright amazing.
