Not a bad draw for Porto, eh BBB?

Inter definitely beatable but they also have the money to go shopping in January because they see Porto as beatable whereas someone on Porto might have a good World Cup and Porto cashes in.

But, considering the alternatives, I’m not complaining. Be nice to win and get Benfica in the QF. That could meet Inter/AC 2005 levels of crazy.

Speaking of Liverpool, Mo Salah sure looked good yesterday.
Shame Egypt isn’t at the WC. Him and Haaland at their peaks and neither at the biggest event.

This kind of came out of nowhere. I know not all Liverpool fans have always been on board but they've been good owners for us.
As long as the next owner isn’t some idiot they should be good.

Probably been the best of the foreign owner bunch though.

Dani Alves and Thiago Silva are nearly 40 and Telles & Danilo aren't exactly great. Leaving Gabriel, Emerson Royal & Verissimo at home for those guys doesn't seem like a great idea.

Midfield's always going to be ok so long as Casemiro's there and Guimaraes should link well with the front. These guys are gonna have to score a lot of goals though I think.

I've been telling everyone that Brazil shouldn't only be fifth or six favorites but there's a lot of attacking talent in that squad. I agree with you that the defence looks light. Good goalkeepers though.

I'm thinking Brazil left Emerson Royal at home because they want to limit the number of goals they allow :D

I don’t want to be a good luck charm but I’m leaning on betting the sod farm on Belgium with all this recent news.

/Is Iain Hume still on the squad?

Will probably regret this but this team doesn't look great beyond having Mbappe & Benz up front. That midfield is awful.

I don't know. Camavinga and Tchouameni are both really, really good (though admittedly very young). I'd be more concerned with Deschampes' negative tactics - but you could say that about quite a few coaches.
