Please explain what getting a bright yellow dress and your A1C have in common.

Oh yeah. I take a half dose of Jardiance every morning and it doesn't make me sing or dance.

How does lowering your A1C number improve your glucose situation?
Or does it just give a different reading?
My A1C is good so I have not really researched it.

I just object to fat chicks singing on stage and acting like their cute.
I also dislike taking a drug instaed of fixing the problem.
I also dislike the new commercials showing everybody as fat and happy - to sell their new drugs!

Feeling validated today.
My wife was unhappy with me for making fun of the fat, singing Jardience chick when her ad came on.
I was listening to a sports radio broadcast yesterday and they were making fun of the Jardience chick!
I'm not alone!

I am 5' 11" at 60 years old, was 242 pounds want to get to about 220 pounds maybe 215

Just the opposite.

Lowering your glucose level improves your A1C.

Problem with these pills is that people think they can eat a dozen Twinies because Jradiance helps lower A1C and you can lose a little weight. Notice the caveat at the end of every A1C commercial? ""Proper exercise and Diet"".

A 300 lbs. fat chick takes Jardiance or Ozempic and she thinks that she'll look like Marilyn Monroe in six weeks.

Like I said, I take a half dose of Jardiance every morning and stick a needle in my gut once a week and pump in a dose of Ozempic. I'm starting back on my routine that helped me lose 75 lbs.

1. Walk 2 miles every other day
2. Medium workout evey other day
3. No more cookies
4. No more ice cream
5. 50% increase in raw and cooked vegetables
6. No more processed meat

In three months I'll lower my insulin take from 30 units twice a day to twenty four and in six months lower it again to 20.

If I can get down to 217, which was my weight after 5 Coronary bypasses in 2005, I promise I'll put on a yellow dress and dance and sing for ya all.

So my wife saw this commercial for the first time last night.
Her reaction was of course, That's disgusting, why not try to lose 100 lbs to control your diabetes instead of just taking a pill.

The truth? That takes effort and hard work.

Worse. You can't eat everything out there. It takes a lost art. Self Discipline.

And good carbs, not sweets. Allow yourself to splurge once in a while without beating yourself up and make it a life change instead of diet until you can't take it anymore and get off the lose 25 gain 30, lose 25 gain 30, lose 20 gain 30.

I avoid bread, rice and pasta for the most part. Generally speaking Oatmeal or Raisin Bran crunch for breakfast, Salad at lunch, and a meat and veggie portion (Small) for dinner. I still like Bourbon but have limited it to One Glass of Fri and Sat night.
