I Need Smart Advice

My 2nd wife passed in 2000. After a couple years I started dating again. I quickly found out that it sucks.
I learned very quickly how to "play the game" but I don't like playing games.
Before I re-married, I dated every woman in North Carolina and half of South Carolina.
Most were only good for a little bit of action. I met some good women too but most of them were damaged goods......

I'm hoping I die before my wife and she can remarry someone of her caliber.

I dated a damaged girl, pretty and sweet. She came to my house for a weekend and I reallized she was bipolar.
She asked if I was going to be watching her all the time like her husband did.
I told her I would certainly pay attention. SWhen she got mad and said she was leaving, I offered to help her carry her stuff to her car.
She became angrier and complained that I was going to help her leave - what could I say?
