@The QNot saying he's going to be him.....but you know who THT favors in his learning curve? Jimmy Butler.
THT played 1 season of college ball and has played 2 so far in the NBA....his rookie season was a whopping 6 games. I hardly count that as much more than a cup of coffee.
Butler played 3 years of college ball and his first 3 in the NBA were less than stellar. He was neither very athletic or dynamic, but he got better through hard work and gradually turned himself into a really good player. Look at his first 3 seasons in the League.

Butler got drastically better his 4th season at the age of 25 when he averaged 20ppg, 5.8rpg, 3.3apg and 1.8spg. He has never been a great shooter, his 3% is a lackluster career 32.1%.
THT is 21, so he has 4 more seasons to improve and I think he will in the next 2 if he gets the chance. Most likely not with the Lakers. Now, I'm not saying THT will or can be Butler, but he certainly can improve to where he's a good player in the League. Not many 6-4 guards have a wingspan of a 7-footer. He could turn into a really good defender and a capable offensive player that could score 13-15ppg.
